Founded in 1947, Verrex is a global integrator of audiovisual systems and services, providing design, installation and managed
services for conferencing, collaboration and presentation technologies worldwide. Clients engage Verrex to integrate systems such as
videoconferencing, audio conferencing, digital signage, presentation and sound into boardrooms, conference rooms, training facilities,
auditoriums and other corporate spaces. Via a suite of services from design-build to project management through to preventive
maintenance, VNOC services and onsite staffing, Verrex offers clients a comprehensive solution and superior standards for their
visual communication applications globally, regardless of project size, challenges or geography.

technical education is paramount at Verrex. The company is a Diamond level Audiovisual Solutions Provider (AVSP), the highest
certification achievable through the industry’s global accreditation association, InfoComm International. All of Verrex technical staff,
including Design, Engineering, Installation and Managed Services, are required to hold InfoComm’s Certified Technical Specialist
(CTS, CTS-D or CTS-I) designations, ensuring Verrex meets the highest standards of professional excellence.
Verrex has long focused on evolving its resources, expertise and presence inline with the needs of its clients. In the 1950s Verrex
supplied and serviced distributed background music systems. In the 1960s the company expanded into two-way radio, school
intercom and sound and CCTV systems. During the 1970s and 1980s the company focused predominantly on large venue sound
systems. In the 1990s Verrex broadened its offerings to include corporate audiovisual and videoconferencing system design,
installation and service. Verrex continues to grow its capabilities and multi-application expertise with the launch of GMS™ (Global
Managed Services), a suite of solutions designed to increase usage and simplify the operation and management of business-critical
audiovisual systems.
In The Americas, clients are served by Verrex Corporation, headquartered in a company-owned facility 14 miles west of New York
City with regional offices based around Boston and Tampa. The company’s EMEA headquarters, Verrex Limited, is located just
outside of London and serves client needs throughout Europe. A network of certified Verrex service partners rounds out coverage to
corporate centers around the globe.
Verrex has been family owned for three generations, honored as a top Family Business in its region for significant economic and
community contributions as well as for its unique corporate culture. Every year since 1994, Verrex has also been recognized by
