George Massey is Executive Director of Verrex Limited
and leads the strategic planning, operations and growth initiatives for EMEA. He provides overall leadership for delivering bespoke
solutions and services to meet the specific needs of the European market including systems design, installation and Global Managed Services (GMS™). Mr. Massey spearheads short and long-term decisions on product, costing, sales and marketing, staffing, quality assurance and
service strategies for the region. He also is responsible for Verrex’s investment in strategic alliances throughout EMEA. Mr. Massey joined Verrex in January 2008 with over 19 years diverse operations leadership experience providing project management, procedure development, staff
training and client management strategies to leading companies in both North America and Europe. Mr. Massey is based at the company‘s EMEA office,
Verrex Limited, in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
Career Highlights
Mr. Massey began his career at Lambert Brothers Shipping Limited in London as Accounts Clerk. He subsequently moved on to London-based Sedgwick Reinsurance Brokers Ltd. where he was promoted to various positions including North American Liaison based in New York, NY. He later held the position of Program Coordinator at Guy Carpenter & Co. Inc. and Technical Manager/Assistant Vice President at Cooper Gay North America Inc. Most recently, Mr. Massey served as Global AV Manager at AllianceBernstein. At AllianceBernstein he worked directly with Verrex, one of the firm’s primary AV integrators, and was responsible for all AV functions in 47 offices in 27 countries including developing global standards and operational procedures.
