Verrex Named One of New Jersey's Top Family Businesses of 2007
MOUNTAINSIDE, New Jersey, USA (October 20, 2007) –- Leading audiovisual, videoconference and sound systems integrator, Verrex Corporation, was honored as a top finalist at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s 2007 New Jersey Family Business of the Year Awards. The annual event, held since 1992, recognizes the significant economic and community contributions made by New Jersey’s finest family businesses and honors those whose innovative strategies and practices have made a positive impact on the state.

Each year, Fairleigh Dickinson University honors select New Jersey family businesses, chosen from an intensive screening process. 2007’s honorees were acknowledged for their commitment to community, the local economy and for their positive effect on the state. The company was also honored for its role in New Jersey’s state history, including audiovisual projects completed for some of the Garden State’s most recognizable landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, Giants Stadium and numerous corporate and educational facilities.
