Verrex Names Norman Fornella as New Executive Vice President and CFO
MOUNTAINSIDE, New Jersey USA / February 25, 2009 / –- Verrex Corporation, the leading video and voice communication systems integrator serving clients in the Americas and Europe, announced today it has expanded its executive team and appointed Norman Fornella to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fornella will drive Verrex worldwide finance across the company’s global operations and will report directly to President and CEO, Thomas Berry, Jr.

Mr. Fornella is a distinguished financial professional who has provided strategic planning and international proficiency to multi-billion dollar companies. He has had a broad range of experience in finance, operations, engineering and construction, telecommunications and manufacturing, including more than 22 years of experience in executive positions. Notable career accomplishments for Mr. Fornella include: VP of Finance and Administration for Gibbs and Hill, Inc. (New York, NY); EVP, CFO and Treasurer of AMEC Morse Diesel International (New York, NY); EVP, CFO and Treasurer of Lexent, Inc. (New York, NY); President, COO and CFO of LPCiminelli, Inc. (Buffalo, NY); and, most recently, EVP, CFO and Treasurer of Dick Corporation (Pittsburgh, PA).
