GMS™ Sales Account Executive
Corporate Office - Mountainside, New Jersey

Status: Full Time, Employee

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for finding new business through cold-calls, cultivating and managing customer relationships, networking at a C-Level and collaborating with sales engineers in the sales process to close deals for the Global Managed Services Department.

Executive Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Procurement
  • Procure new business opportunities, including:

  • · National Service opportunities.
    · International Service opportunities.
    · Warranty extensions.
  • Cultivate existing customer base, including:

  • · Renewable service agreements.
    · Identifying upgrade installation opportunities.
    · Identifying exclusive sales agreement opportunities.
  • Coordinate service-related business with Service Managers, Operations Managers, Sales, Accounting, and other Departments.

  • Provide Management-Level Reporting:

  • · Develop reports for management concerning service agreements, service revenues, and related profits and costs.
    · Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
    Relationship Management
  • Manage customer accounts:

  • · Follow-up and meet with cistomers as needed.
    · Be involved in the customer feedback process by soliciting, tracking and trending customer feedback.
    · Meet potential new customers.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors:

  • · Assist the Service Manager to track and trend feedback on subcontractor performance.
    · Identify new geographic areas where additional subcontractors are needed.
    Process Involvement
  • Proactively contribute to the accuracy and maintenance of the department.


  • Qualifications:
  • Requires service oriented mind set.
  • Requires strong verbal and presentation skills.
  • Requires strong writing skills.
