AV Technician
New England Office - Wilmington, MA

Status: Full Time, Employee
Relevant Work Experience: 2 to 5+ Years


Responsibilities:
  • Read schematic diagrams and design drawings.
  • Install cabling and equipment/systems.
  • Troubleshoot and service client equipment/systems.
  • Perform operational maintenance and maintain supporting records.
  • Perform diagnostic testing to identify and eliminate potential problems.
  • Complete time sheets, service tickets and quality control reports.
  • Take direction from Project Managers and Operations Managers.


  • Qualifications:
  • Be familiar with all audiovisual cables, switchers, routers and connectors.
  • Have soldering experience.
  • Be familiar with Crestron, AMX, ClearOne, Extron, Polycom and Tandberg equipment.
  • Be familiar with LCD, DLP projectors, plasma and LCD displays.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Windows/MS Office suite.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in audiovisual industry; CTS certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
