Requiring its workplace environment to promote
collaboration and creativity, global advertising titan,
Havas, aimed to add a range of AV technologies to the new 260,000 sq. ft. US headquarters space housing its creative and media staffs. As the project’s AV integrator, Verrex made the client’s, designer’s, and architect’s shared vision a reality.
Verrex integrated AV throughout seven floors to
accommodate collaborative working styles and to
cultivate creativity. Spaces included: lobbies, conference rooms, team rooms, open area collaboration spaces, screening rooms, employee cafe, boardroom and main presentation room.
Solutions to optimize collaboration included: networked AV and iPad control for presentation, conferencing and broadcast; interactivity between 147 rooms with system-wide broadcast capabilities and shared content displayed on screens throughout the entire facility (video, town hall events, creative for client projects, etc.).
