Andrea Scapicchio
Director, Finance
Scapicchio secures the company’s long-term financial health and growth by managing critical business relationships, including banking and vendors. Her responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and achievement of business goals.
Thomas Berry
Executive Chairman
Berry led Verrex as CEO from 2000 to 2025, driving its transformation into a global Pro AV powerhouse. With 34 years of experience, he now brings his vision and energy to a new role—bridging leadership and the Board while inspiring our continued growth and innovation.
Rob Kunz
Director, Sales and Marketing
Kunz leads with over 30 years of experience in technology, including two decades in ProAV. Known for aligning integration with client goals, he brings steady leadership and strategic focus to global AV initiatives, partner relationships, and workplace transformative solutions.
Ben Dandola-Grubb
VP of Technical Integration
Dandola-Grubb leads the Design Engineering, Project Engineering, CAD, and Programming teams while driving alignment across all departments at Verrex. With 20 years at Verrex, Ben fosters a culture of technical excellence and innovation to deliver seamless AV solutions. He’s known for bridging the technical and business teams.

Mebane leads our global teams and proactively engages clients to improve their experience with Verrex. With more than 20 years of technical operations success, he has led four companies from inception to multi-million dollar operations.
